I'm Anna, a dedicated therapist passionate about helping individuals create healthier, more balanced lives. I earned my B.S. in Brain & Behavioral Science and Human Development from Purdue University and an M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vanderbilt University. With a strong foundation in evidence-based modalities, I take a holistic, person-centered approach, recognizing that each individual is shaped by their past experiences, attachments, and unique circumstances. I view mental health through a comprehensive lens, integrating strategies to meet each client where they are. Together, we will create a plan that aligns with your specific needs, helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment.

In our sessions, you may see Henry, my mini dachshund, who brings warmth and comfort to my life—and sometimes to our therapy sessions! Outside of work, I believe in practicing what I teach. I enjoy cooking, pilates, spending time outside, nurturing my faith, and being with loved ones. It would be an honor to support you in your journey toward balance, fulfillment, and healing.
